Founded by Belgian-Italian artist Aïssa Christophe Agostini, AISSA studio explores the material culture of futures yet to be built.
Its practice moves across painting, sculpture, photography, collectible design and experimental projects, translating questions of power, technology, memory, human transformation and civilization into physical form.
Working across timescales from the present to decades, centuries and longer horizons ahead, the Studio develops each body of work as part of an expanding archive of possible futures.
AISSA studio develops speculative forms emerging from long-horizon research into technological and civilizational transformation.
These explorations may take the form of artworks, objects, environments, prototypes or conceptual studies, giving physical presence to worlds not yet built.
